Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, your current plan remains active until the end of the billing period.
What happens if I exceed my email limit?
We will notify you when you reach 80% of your monthly limit. If you exceed it, emails will be queued and sent at the start of the next billing period. You can upgrade at any time to increase your limit immediately.
Do I need a credit card for the free plan?
No. The free plan requires no credit card and no payment information. You can use it for as long as you want with no obligation to upgrade.
Can I bring my own email provider?
Absolutely. NevarMail is built on a bring-your-own-provider model. We support SendGrid, Mailgun, Amazon SES, Postmark, and any standard SMTP server. You keep full ownership of your provider accounts.
What kind of support do you offer?
